First you would want to jack up and straighten the base, adding footings to keep logs up off the ground, make any repairs needed to logs and floor system. Next would be the roof. Make any repairs to roof decking and add shingled or metal roof systems at this time. That is the hardest part, many industrious homeowners could take it from there finishing upgrades such as windows, doors, or interior upgrades or we can take it all the way. You may also consider corn cob blasting, re-caulking, re-staining to bring the logs back to life.
