J.A. Ross & Son, Inc. have been building log homes and cabin since 1973.  We are family owned and operated spanning four generations.  We are log home professionals.  We offer the following services:

Log Home Restoration, Repair & Remodeling

• Repair any damages to logs or trim
• Corn cob blast to clean log surface and prep for re-staining
• Re-caulk all exterior seams for optimal heating and cooling
• Re-stain logs with semi-transparent stain, providing excellent protection from rain and snow
• Any other upgrades including new window and door installation, new roofing (shingles or metal)
• Remodeling options: Bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, log stairs and railings or any other interior upgrades needed.

Log Home Maintenance

• Professional examination paying particular attention to any water or insect damage, clogged gutters or drains, improper roof overhangs, vegetation too close to the logs or any issues that need to be addressed
• Repair, reface and or full log replacement if needed.
• Borate treatment
• Special caulking is applied to all horizontal and vertical joints
• High quality oil stain is applied to finish the process, paying particular attention to the log corners
