#1 The Maine Collection-This series of homes is our most popular. They feature full Northern white cedar logs with purlin and Log truss roofs. There are plans that start at 1000 square feet that would be perfect for that lakefront camp or ski chalet, mid sized homes suited to a retirement or a small family home, through sprawling floor plans for the big family or an in law apartment. You may also add a breezeway and garage to any of these homes.
#2 Northwoods Collection features exciting new floor plans with pre-manufactured pre-cut wall panels with R25 insulation,conventional framed roof system and 2” Northern White Cedar Log siding and full log corners.
#3 Woodland Collection– These homes feature full 6×6 Northern White Cedar logs with a conventional framed roof system and would be ideal as a starter home or budget friendly alternative.Most plans between 1000-2000 square feet.
# Wilderness Collection are a series of camps perfect for that spot on the lake or that remote location. 4×6 White cedar logs and conventionally framed roof make these cabins rugged yet affordable.At JAR we can provide you with expert on site supervision, erection of a weather tight shell (a locked up weather tight building ready for plumbing,heating,electric rough in) or a complete turnkey job on any home in these collections or start from scratch on a totally custom design of your own with our design experts.
