We offer three basic types of package;
#1 Log and timber- Specialty timbers that you wouldn’t find at the local lumberyard.
#2 Weather tight shell- Log and timber package plus conventional lumber for the first floor, interior partitions, Andersen windows, exterior doors, exterior trim and roof shingles.
#3 Complete package – Log and timber and weather tight package plus tongue and groove boards to finish walls and ceiling, interior doors and trim.
Also available is Log siding with corners, log stairs and railings. All packages come with blueprints, construction manual, screws, caulking, and foam seal to insure a snug and secure wall. The white cedar logs are available in several different configurations. The standard double tongue and groove log with butt and pass corner is available in 6×6 or6x8 D shaped Log. We also offer a round 8×8 log with Swedish coped corners for a very traditional look .You may also choose a dovetail corner which has been a favorite among craftsmen building cabinets and furniture for hundreds of years.
Our primary territories are Eastern Massachusetts and the Western Maine mountains, however we can deliver a package anywhere. The delivery would include checking the site for tractor -trailer access, make certain the proper equipment is on site to unload bundles, proper stacking of bundles over tarps or hay to keep materials clean and inventory stock (bundles will be covered with tarps on truck).
